Properties of Oils Selected :

Peppermint Oil (Mentha Piperita) Is a very effective natural painkiller and muscle relaxant. It also has cooling, invigorating and antispasmodic properties. Peppermint oil is especially helpful in alleviating a tension headache.

Rosemary Leaf/Stem Oil (Rosmarinus Officinalis) Rosemary can relieve both tension headaches and migraines. If you believe that you’re having headaches due to stress, the combination of rosemary and lavender essential oil will also help reduce cortisol levels.

Spearmint Leaf Oil (Mentha Viridis) This oil has a relaxing and cooling effect on the brain, which removes stress on our cognitive center. It helps people to concentrate, and since it is a cephalic substance.

Lavender) Oil  (Lavandula Angustifolia) Helps calm and relieves tension. 

Basil Oil (Ocimum Basilicum) Helps combat groggy feelings and relax and clear the mind

Roman Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis) Roman Chamomile is soothing and calming.  It is slow, gentle, and relaxing.  

The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that essential oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a medical doctor who is also qualified in clinical aromatherapy.
